Olayinka, a medical doctor with a passion for improving lives and a mission to utilize technological advancements for the purpose of greater productivity in the healthcare space. Currently pursuing my MBA degree with a focus in Management and working towards a certificate in AI for Healthcare.
My goal is to leverage my medical background, in addition to emerging technology, towards refining the administrative processes in hospitals, creating better working conditions for healthcare professionals and designing innovative measures to improve patient outcomes.

Reliance Family Clinics, popularly known as RFC, is the clinical subsidiary of Reliance Health. Reliance Health is a digital healthcare organization that is focused on providing affordable and accessible healthcare services in Africa. Reliance successfully completed a $40 million Series B funding round in 2022 led by General Atlantic. With health facilities and offices across Nigeria and Egypt, the goal of leveraging technology and data to provide quality health services in neglected areas is gradually being achieved.
At RFC, I was the first Physician at the Lekki, Lagos branch where I spearheaded the provision of high quality medical services in an out-patient and emergency setting. I was privileged to lead a dedicated team of administrative and clinical staff, and through our collaboration combined with my expertise, interpersonal skills, increased clinic visits by ~95% within the first 3 months of operation. In addition, I promoted preventive health practices through weekly community outreaches, screenings and health talks at companies across the city, averaging 50 public speaking engagements in my one year there.
